Filing a Workplace Injury Claim

In California, most workers are covered by their employer’s workers’ compensation insurance. That means if you are injured, you can file a worker’s compensation claim through your employer and receive benefits like wage assistance and help with medical expenses.

Unfortunately, the workers’ compensation process is not always that simple. You may be denied coverage; your employer may lack adequate insurance or be directly responsible for your injuries. In these cases, it is best to consult with Lara & Luna APC as soon as possible.

Get started on the road to recovery by contacting us today. Our team is skilled in negotiating with insurance companies and other parties. We will work on your behalf to make sure you have the full advantage of the laws implemented to protect injured workers.
